YOGA CLASS
Private group classes are available to book - perfect for getting together with friends, family, and coworkers with meaningful connection, relaxation, and fun! You can book a 1-hour or 75-minute session and choose whichever yoga format your groups would like to practice. All private yoga classes are all-levels accessible and guided with a trauma-informed lens and include a restorative soundbath experience during savasana (final resting pose).
MUSIC
I am a classically trained professional flutist with experience playing for weddings, funeral services, special ceremonies, and religious services, and am able to work with other musicians and arranging music to fit your needs.
ART CLASS
Group acrylic step-by-step painting classes. Canvases, paint, brushes, and other painting supplies are included. Great for hosting paint & sip nights or reconnecting with friends and family over a creative art project! Competitive or game based painting experiences are also available for more fun and laughs!
